Join Us In Bentonville For a Behind The Scenes Look at Deepa & Anoop

Kickstart Entertainment is excited to launch the Festival Village with the first ever Outdoor Screening & Conversation with the team behind Deepa & Anoop on Thursday, June 15th at 4 pm.  

This will be a family-friendly event screening episodes of Mattel Netflix's Deepa & Anoop With performances from Ra-Ve Cultural Foundation and Adrija's Dance Academy as well as conversation with a few team members from Deepa & Anoop!  Ra-Ve Cultural Foundation is committed to bringing Indian traditional performing arts to the NWA region. Ra-Ve is extremely thrilled to work with Bentonville Film Festival and Kickstart Entertainment  on facilitating some local talent that adds some flair to the screening of Deepa and Anoop.  Adrija’s Dance Academy is a well renowned Bollywood/Indian Dance company in Northwest Arkansas and their team of teachers bring tremendous  value in their students’ growth and development.  Here they believe dancing is a way of life, one that's filled with passion and purpose.  Adrija Datta and her team are excited to bring that energy to BFF this year! 

The animated Children’s series, Deepa & Anoop recently took home 4 categories at the 2023 Kidscreen Awards - Best New Series, Best Inclusivity, Best Music and Best Voice Talent.  Joined by her color-changing pet elephant (Anoop), a joyful little girl (Deepa)creates music, merriment and mischief in her Indian family’s Mango Manor Created by acclaimed Bollywood animator Munjal Shroff (Shortcut Safari), accomplished writer Lisa Goldman (Dragon Tales), and award-winning producer Heather Kenyon (Doki Adventures) with production services provided by award-winning Kickstart Entertainment (Starbeam.)

Monica Kumar, who serves on the  Executive Board of the Greater Bentonville Chamber of Commerce, the Advisory Council for the BFFoundation and the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisory Board for the city of Bentonville will be having an interactive conversation with Pavan Bharaj, the voice of Deepa with her Mom Sabrina Bharaj coming all the way from Vancouver, B.C, Canada,  alongside Atul Rao, Story-Editor and Writer on the series who is coming from Ontario, Canada.
